LYCHEE OF VIETNAM
Luc Ngan is a district in Bac Giang province which is famous all over the country for its lychee specialty, but no land is available. Luc Ngan litchi when ripe with bright red color, small seeds, thick, sweet and rich in nutrients. The litchi here is bigger and has a distinct flavor different from lychee in other lands. Bac Giang lychee meets Global GAP standard and is granted a code for growing standard area to export to Australia.
Lychee is a product that provides excellent nutrition. The inner pulp of lychee is a great source of vitamin C (vitamin C in antioxidant litchi than lemon and orange), a glass of lychee contains 136 mg (226% of the daily diet). Providing excellent polyphenols as well as other nutrients (iron, potassium, copper, manganese) are important components in the production process and blood circulation.
In lychee fruit contains flavonoids and antioxidants that protect against different types of cancer as well as degenerative diseases. Lychee provides an excellent source of fiber and Vitamin B is a substance that enhances metabolism.
